Andrea Martos, born in 1993 in the Catalonian City of Terrassa, undertook a trip down the Mediterranean to her ancestral Andalusia and specifically, to Jaén and Málaga where she studied tourism and eventually settled.
Her natural restlessness and desire to live life to the full led her to start working in hotels and restaurants where she had already taken her first steps with Nandu Jubany. Her desire, capacity for work and leadership in team management, coupled with that of Diego René, did the rest, leading them both to Beluga. She has since trained in restaurant service direction and become the young Maitre D’ she is today bringing a great personality and honesty and transparency to the restaurant. She is also currently responsible for the service of other group businesses such as Pez Wanda and Kraken.
To complete her professional profile, her love for wine and the sommelier led her to study at CETT in Barcelona and take responsibility for the wine training to the level that Beluga offers today.
